For those of you who have walked with us the past four years on our journey back to Gabon, you know that it has been a long road.
We now stand with just 15 weeks between us and our departure date.
At the end of December, we will head to France for 12 months of French language school. From there we will move to Gabon.
We are often asked how long we plan to live in Gabon.
Officially we have signed a contract with the C&MA for the
next four years, to be extended indefinitely as the Lord
leads.
We have been appointed by the Christian and Missionary
Alliance as “self-supported” missionaries, meaning our
support comes from individual partners rather than pulling
from the Great Commission Fund. We are required to
raise the following financial support in order to leave for
the field:
$ 23,625 raised in our support account
$ 5,000/month raised in the form of recurring pledges
Through your financial partnership, we have raised:
$ 23, 379.27 Of $ 23,625.00
$ 166/month Of $ 5,000/ month in recurring pledges

We will need to receive commitments for the remaining $4,834/month in recurring pledges by December 1 2018, in order to be able to board the plane for France.
